The Application Process
The prospect of applying for a new job can be an anxious experience. Many applicants are curious to know what happens to their application as it is being processed. In order to explain the application process, we have compiled a few of the steps that we use to ensure that you are responded to in a timely manner.
- Once you have submitted your resume or application, the Human Resource Department will send you a postcard to notify you of its receipt. If you send your resume via e-mail, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.
- If your application is considered for an opening, you will receive a call within two weeks of receiving your postcard.
- If you have applied within the last year, please call or e-mail the Human Resource Department before re-submitting another application.
- Healthcall keeps your application/resume on file for one year from the date of submission. We reference these applications as positions become available and will contact you if we feel you qualify for a new position opening.
