HealthCall, LLC is a medical communications company helping hospitals, physician groups, home health organizations, dialysis centers, contract research organizations, and medical equipment providers.

Reports to: President

Responsibilities:

• You will help maintain the HealthCall CRM to reflect the most current sales activities.
• You will help coordinate and monitor all Independent Sales Representative (ISR) activities.
• You will help coordinate sales bi-weekly ISR meetings.
• You will help facilitate ISR activities.
• You will help create a strong, positive, professional relationship with ISR by developing business partnerships and supporting sales efforts.
• You will help identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Obtaining formal education in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or related discipline
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in programs found in Mac and Microsoft Office, electronic mail and internet
• Self-starter with a positive attitude
• Excellent writing skills
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Good analytical, organizational, time, and project management skills
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to change quickly
• Must sincerely enjoy helping people and be able to work well with others as part of a team
• Some knowledge or familiarity with healthcare is a plus
