HealthCall Secures Statewide Contract with Missouri EMS Association
ST. LOUIS, June. 9th, 2025—HealthCall is proud to announce that it has been awarded a statewide contract by the Missouri Emergency Medical Services Association (MEMSA). This milestone agreement establishes HealthCall’s care delivery platform as the foundation for connecting Community Paramedicine/Mobile Integrated Healthcare (CP/MIH) agencies, social service organizations, and healthcare institutions across Missouri.
The HealthCall platform will streamline the exchange of critical health information, serving as a unified patient record and data collection tool for a diverse network of agencies and providers.
Advancing Mobile Integrated Healthcare at Scale
The decision to partner with HealthCall reflects MEMSA’s commitment to adopting innovative solutions that enhance care delivery across Missouri. The HealthCall Care Delivery Platform was selected for its ability to:
-
- Seamlessly Connect Services: MIH providers can easily and securely link services offered by community-based organizations, health systems, homeless shelters, corrections facilities, and law enforcement. This integration ensures comprehensive care coordination through a longitudinal patient record.
- Enable Unified Data Collection: The platform standardizes data reporting across the state, consolidating information from MIH/CP programs and third-party sources such as ePCR, CAD, HIE, and EHR systems.
- Promote Best Practices: By fostering data-driven strategies and sharing a growing library of MIH-specific assessments and consent forms, HealthCall empowers agencies to continuously improve care delivery.
- Ensure Compliance: HealthCall’s platform adheres to HIPAA standards and 42 CFR Part 2 regulations related to SAMHSA, safeguarding patient privacy and data security.
A Shared Mission for Better Outcomes
HealthCall’s mission is to enable the timely and relevant exchange of health information among care professionals and patients, driving higher quality outcomes and financial efficiency. By unifying care through a secure and customizable platform, HealthCall helps agencies provide more personalized care to more people in less time while consistently exceeding quality benchmarks.
“At HealthCall, we believe in the power of collaboration to transform healthcare delivery,” said Daniel Hayes, CEO of HealthCall. “This partnership with MEMSA is a testament to our shared vision of improving lives through connected care.”
“The Missouri EMS Association is ecstatic to partner with HealthCall to drive the mobile healthcare industry to the next level. We plan to take what agencies are doing to improve patient care across the state and support that mission with data and evidence to set the stage for our future,” explained Justin Duncan, President of MEMSA.
Duncan continued, “Collaboratively, HealthCall and MEMSA are committed to ensuring our patients receive the best care possible and prove it with data and analytics to support system change.”
